I've been with Heritage for about 3 years now and never had one problem yet, Always get paid on time... Good customer service and if a rare mistake happens they will always give you a freeplay for it. Great book.

Live betting sometimes is slow/goes down for a bit, But overall A+ book in my mind.

Stay as far away from there blackjack as you could,and even farther than that.

You'll get paid but don't play bj, live betting or expect to have halftime lines up in a timely manner. And don't criticize them here unless u don't mind getting banned here cuz they are ultra sensitive

I prefer 5Dimes over them, but heritage very solid. just think 5d has better payout options especially free ones. but can't go wrong either way

I've always gotten paid - which is saying something for a US facing book. But....

I'm not at all impressed with their payout times. I get paid much quicker at Youwager and 5D. I love their book, but I have to call a spade a spade.

5d and Heritage are the only 2 places I've played for years and 5d payout times for me (che cks and p to p) have lagged slightly recently while Heritage has always been the same.

Just my dealings....maybe you've been luckier with faster times than mine.

The p 2 p which usually took 48 hrs max, took 4 days the last 3 times.
It's not a crazy delay but it has been consistently getting a little longer.
I also understand that method is tough with processors and such but don't offer it in that time frame if it isn't going to happen.

Heritage for me has always been same day.
