    1x2sports and sportingbet thieves
I had an account at sportingbet and eventually i got limited.Nothing to complain here.Later , i opened an account at 1x2sports which is a clone of sportingbet.I deposited 150 EUR , placed 2-3 bets and my balance went 190 EUR...Suddenly , they sent my deposit back to my skrill account and confiscated 40 EUR..Reason ? They claim they it is not allowed to have accounts at both sportingbet and 1x2sports , so they can do whatever they want and confiscate the winnings..But hey , there is no such rule in their T&C !!!! GIVE me the rule saying it !!!

The funny part is that a friend of mine had also accounts at both sportingbet and 1x2sports , he had losses at 1x2sports and they didn't return the deposit. This means that they have 2 standards !!!

4.8 Sportingbet allows only one account per person and these details are stored and checked on our database daily. Therefore any subsequent accounts opened under the same postcode/personal details /IP address that are found to be related to any existing account may be closed immediately and any bets will be voided at Sportingbet's discretion. Sportingbet reserves the right to reclaim any winnings attained by these means. All new registrations are monitored to ensure that duplicate accounts are not opened so please adhere to these conditions.

They are obviously using this rule in order to ban your account - while it doesn't state specific sites they must mean only one account for anything sportingbet own. They should make this clearer.
It probably doesn't help that you were limited at their main site as this would have flagged up pretty quickly.

in regards to your friend, perhaps his other account is under a friend / family name or could have used a different address if he moved house for example..

Pinnacle, SBO , 188bet , williamhill , ladbrokes and any other bookmaker on this planet does not allow multiple accounts , anyone knows that.
But that is not the case here , cause the accounts are not opened at the same company , but at different clones...1x2sports and sportingbet are different bookies , both operated by sportingbet ( tell me the rule at 1x2sports T&C where it is said that poeple who have account at sportingbet can't have account at 1x2sports)...
It's the same like bwin , gamebookers and partybets which are clones to each other but you can have accounts on each of them (i am an active player at all of them)...the same goes to oddsmatrix group which run around 20 bookies and you can have accounts at each of them...I know a lot of people (from other countries) who have accounts at both 1x2sports and sportingbet.I think it's all about country (eastern europe) where bookies can do whatever they want...and this complain is not about money , 40 EUR fuking euros , but about the nonsense act .

The terms I posted before are from 1x2sports - they aren't clear, however they do refer to themselves as Sportingbet throughout the whole of the t&cs. They could use that rather vague term to ban your account though.

I would imagine the issue lies with you being limited at Sportingbet. If you say you know people who have accounts at both I'm guessing neither of them have been banned from promotions or limited in anyway.

Not sure where to start with the rest of your post, but here goes anyway.

The accounts are opened at the same company, they just have different websites. For example, There is a company in the UK called Corbett Sports, They operate 5 different sites but you can only have an account at one of them.

No offence, but You chose some really bad examples to use:

Odds Matrix are providers of software etc. For white label bookies / casinos. However these sites are operated and owned by different companies. While they may own some of their own sites, most of them are independent.

Bwin, gamebookers and partybets is a bit different as they were separate until merging a few years ago. They're probably still operated as separate companies but are now part of the same group. If they were to enforce a rule similar, they would have to had closed accounts people might already have at each site (not good business). It would be unfair to allow people prior to the merger to have accounts and people afterwards to only have one at one of the sites in the group.

Anyway, I'm sure the problem must lie with you being limited at Sportingbet. If you've been limited then the company sees you as a liability to their profits so they are not going to want you to have a non limited account on the other site they own.

You might as well file an sbr complaint, as the terms are very vague. You're correct in saying it doesn't state you can't have accounts on both sites, it just mentions the company name only. Which can be interpreted as they see fit.
