Pinnacle charges 3% fee on withdrawal, NEVER AGAIN
Huh? 3% is pretty much the standard withdrawl fee in the industry.
Really?
I've NEVER EVER had to pay a withdrawal fee to any bookie.

3% is still 3% regardless of the amount.
It's still a 3% margin you are giving away in a game where many pros are happy to net 3%.
It's all relative.

I know everyone loves pinny but 5x rollover seems way high. The 4k deposit to make a few bets is awfully strange however does anyone really think if this guy bet 18k he should still have to pay a 3% fee? With pinnacles current policy he would and thats pretty weak.

In that case he'd be charged 3% on only the $2,000 shortfall in turnover, $60.
But say, he bet $5,000 and lost $3,600 so has only $400 balance remaining. He goes to withdraw it but is faced with a fee of 3% on $15,000 shortfall = $450!

Ok, thank you. But isn't it 3% of withdrawal? So if he deposits 4k gives pinny 18k in action and at the end has exactly 10k in account he wants to withdraw what is the cost?
Still stand by my statement 5x rollover is pretty brutal if you are depositing cash. However I would like to know answer to my question above. Thanks again

No. The 3% is applied only to the shortfall between 5x your deposit and the total you've wagered.
You aren't charged the fee to withdraw your winnings.

How sure are you of that Hareeba?
It doesn't sound right that he would ever be liable for more than 3% of the 4k deposit amount. $120.
I think in your scenario where his balance is $400 the fee would be $12 to withdraw it prior to rolling over any amount less than 20k.

Yeah, I agree. I did get a bit carried away there!
But in the absence of any detailed explanations of how they apply the fee we are all guessing to some extent.

I've said it before and I'm going to say it again. the fact that pinny transfers your money within 5 minutes from your request is worth even more than 3%.

Their payout efficiency is the best in the industry, I grant you that.
But all the others I deal with payout withing 24 hours and that's quite adequate for me.
So paying 3% for a few hours advantage is for desperates only.

Just referring to two other top rated SBR books I play at. I won't mention their names, but Pinny's 3% is right in line with what they charge.

Well, you just keep playing at those books and paying 3% if you're happy with that.
I'll stick to mine and take my own money out fee free every time.

If you need a £2000 float in Pinny, deposit £100, 20 times.
Im sure it will help with the roll-over/withdrawal rules somehow lol

1 of my favorite books and one I can play at is following pinny. while not close to pinny in reputation they also feel the need to start charging 3% for payouts. hollywood sprortsbook. while i don't think any other sister book of sportsbook.ag(different owner but usually same rules) hollywood now gives you 1 free payout per year instead on 1 per month. no email-no message with that big of a change in policy. i'm with Hareeba, time to move on, except with me it's time and has been for a while to stop offshore gambling altogether. just keeps getting worse and worse starting in 2006. risk/reward has declined consistently.

Here is what happened. Guy was broke and needed 4k so he decides to send off and then withdrawal so he wont have to eat the cash advance fees at atm. Backfired on him.

You will still have the same total rollover target. Unless each £100 deposit is played through 5 times or lost before making the next deposit the rollover will accumulate.

They dont let me withdraw until I roll over the balance 5 times (i.e make bets totalling 20k.) there is no way I ever bet that much, now they take 3% fee from me to withdraw. A total, disgusting joke. I am closing my account with them. this is retarded. I hope others are warned by there BS practices. cant believe this. It seems there is nothing I can do. Can I ?
Dont want to keep betting and lose my money there, i know im not a winner.
you deposited 4k to make $50 bets????hahahaha.. jesus you must really be shit like you say.....sorry bro.....

I don't think you realize how fortunate you are to have a Pinnacle account. They process payouts in 15 minutes even on weekends while other places take 2 weeks.

Yes, they do pay out fast but I'm not so desperate that I can't wait a few more hours to get my money without having to lose 3%.
EVERY other book I deal with pays out within 24 hours and NO FEES.
I can live without Pinnacle.

We're perfectly entitled to complain about Pinnacle. They are in competition with books which don't charge for deposits and withdrawals and don't have awkward banking restrictions to deal with, not with Costa Rican bookies!
What competition ? Pinnacle blows the competeion out of the water. Pinnacle offers 1 free withdrawal every month and processes payouts in 15 MINUTES while other books take 2 weeks. Not to mention the huge betting limits and tiny margins ETC.

The bookies Pinnacle competes with aren't those CR ones you must be using. They are competing with the likes of Matchbook, Betfair and SBO as well as all those lousy Pommie cowards.
ONE free withdrawal every month! ROFL! Not even factual if you've not done 5x turnover.
I can make as many free withdrawals each month as I like from all my other books!
I've never ever had to wait 2 weeks for a withdrawal from any bookie.
And for odds Matchbook beats Pinnacle almost every bet I look at on US sports.
Betfair and SBO also beat Pinnacle frequently for my soccer bets.

Betfair, Matchbook and SBO. I use Skrill for deposits and withdrawals.
The other books I use are all Australian and like the Pommie ones they all provide direct bank withdrawals overnight.

There are no hidden charges on winnings at Pinnacle, unlike Betfair that charges up to 7% on winnings after markets are settled. Pinny offers better value than exchanges when compared against their true odds. They have the best odds in the world and you don't have to worry about liquidity and they never refuse a bet. Giving up all of this over 3% fee if you don't rollover your deposit 5X is just being penny wise and dollar foolish.

Pinnacle offers everyone 1 FREE withdrawal monthly. I never pay a fee at Pinnacle when I request a withdrawal and I get my money in 15-20 mins. The 3% fee is for people who make a deposit and 2 days later request a withdrawal.

Yes, I'm well aware of that and have utilised it many times but I refuse to be subjected to a withdrawal fee.
But all my other books permit UNLIMITED FREE withdrawals!

Pinnacle treats all their customers the exact same unlike exchanges like Betfair that apply a premium charge( in addition to commission ) to successful players. Betfair has free withdrawals after charging a *premium charge* to people who have half a brain on top of the usual commission fees.

You won't often hear of a serious brokerage company in the financial industry offering to compensate for deposit/withdrawal fees, so I won't mind if matchbook, betfair and sbo would stop paying the transaction fees from their pockets.

I can understand them. I had an auction on eBay some time ago and people would send me messages why I didn't accept payments via PayPal. Very simple, you have to pay them a ridiculously high transaction fee like 5% to receive payments. No way I'm going to pay that just for your convenience, go buy somewhere else. If the payment processors weren't such greedy scumbags, this fee wouldn't exist.
