Cannot get into Sportsbetting and Casino area

I sent an e-mail nothing back so figure i try here. When i try to log into the SB/Casino area it will not let me. My Username is saved when i first log in but not here. I have tried what i thought was my UN but it will not work. When i try Live chat noone ever there and when i try to use that Password retrieval it just is a blank page.
