how can I comunnicate with bet2be? they dont answer to my mail or phonne!!! I have 627 pounds on my account, I send all the documents they requested but novebody comunicate with me!!! What I have to do???

Personaly I still did not recieve anything even I send them even tax payment proof... Isle of Man Gambling Commission send me replay day ago they are investigating my case...

All in all if players are not going to be paid based on what Isle of Man Gambling Commission is saying I think even Isle of Man Gambling Commission can close their bussines down as I personaly will never use any bookmaker with Isle of Man Gambling Commission licensee any more and will strongly suggest this to all other bettors as in this case it would be clear that Isle of Man Gambling Commission is not legitime authority and do not protect users and is only after money they make from isued licensees.

But lets hope for the best ... even I have really bad feeling...

My account is still open. I've never had real issues with bets fortunately, only once after one bigger win they didn't settle the bet within 24 hours, so I asked them to do it and they did it.

No I did not send them "selfie with me holding my passport" as this is jok and I will never do this as I send them passport scan, utility bill and also my pax payments proof (already dumb of me to do this) with my selfi holding my passport this russian company will have all my personal details and it is not hard to steal my identity... I do not trust them.

I used over 50 bookmakers in past 13 years I am gambling online and never meet some funny company like this and they set alarm in my head after this funny requests and google translate answers...

If Isle of Man Gambling Commission demend some info I can send all they want but bet2be will not get anythng from me...

Just to let you know what is going on with them.. after they canceled my withdrawal 5 times and they accept my passport as ok now they after 1 month said passport is not ok ... To anyone who consider to send money to them stay away from bet2be as far as possible!

I have given the IoM regulator your basic account details and what you are waiting for. IoM GSC have queried Bet2be about that list so they know about your problem via the regulator as well as SBR.

bet2be blocked account with money

Hi!

They blocked my account afted accousing me for cheatting after I played bad line.
I cannot log in and I have still 1861,13 pounds on my account.
They dont respond to any of my emails and when I try to call them there is also an aswering machine.

Has anybody that account was blocked get any money after this from them?
What should I do?

my account was blocked due to their new rules where players from a long list of countries was unwanted as customers
After a week they opened the account again, and claimed it was a mistake

I have also had troubles with the "bad line" or what they with google translate language call "bug of tape"
They voided a bet for no reason, and has never given a meaningful explanation for this

Can you specify how they claim the line was bad?

Brad from SBR is speaking with bet2be in my case but I hadnt replay from him for about 2 weeks. He told me that they cant cease money for bad line playing under the licence of Isle of Man.

I send them 10 email what they plan to do but I dont have any replay.

but if you played after the game ended, you deliberately try to exploit a mistake. As I understand your explanation. If thats the case any bookie would void the bet. But that doesnt give them the right to take your money. Lets hope they will reopen the account, as they did with mine

We should make a petition signed by all players requesting the review of their quality standards. Like an AVAAST for gambling.

Got paid by them this week after the previous 5 times they had rejected it and sent me an empty e-mail with the subject "request document". I had uploaded all the required ID on the website already and had been paid a withdrawal before in June. I hadn't done a selfie but they hadn't asked for one and wouldn't answer messages.

no but i find it completely ridiculous you have big big problems getting paid by a book, ask sbr for help, they get you almost all of your money, and instead of withdrawing the last money you do have, you continue playing. so now you're stuck again, what a shocker.

that their odds are excellent and you keep winning there means they are not a good book and are losing money to everybody. that they are so slow to pay means they're (close to) broke. you were very lucky to get your money out in the first place. how many red flags do you want? really, i don't understand
