I just want to tell my positive experience about 10bet. they paid out me about 8000 euro. my first witdrawal requist was on 1 May. after I wanted 2 witdrawal requists too. and I started to wait patiently. they wanted required documents (Id and address information) from me. I sent them. I sent a lot of message about my withdrawals to 10bet. they always answered me within 30 minutes. their helpline is really so fast. That guy definitely sounds like he works for them, but I will say been with them for 2+ years and have never had an issue getting a payout within a few days.

sorry for late answer. my laptop was in repair. I dont work for 10bet. I just wanted to share my good experience. if they didnt pay out me , I would share my bad experience. they know that I am a sbr member. because I said them that "if they dont pay out me, I will complain 10bet to SBR." 13 days are really long time to pay out. I didnt complain them to SBR, because they didnt answer to me negative anytime. I am new in this forum. if I am old, I could share my bad experiences. for example my three bets were accepted, I won but after they were cancelled because of human faults. they were unjust. this my bad experience in 10bet. infact I should have written this in my post too. but when you are happy , you cant see and remember negative sides. it is human brain. I dont want to guide SBR members wrong. I am sorry for wrong directions.
