must be in the new live betting platform - it's a little confusing - and you know you don't have much time.so you rush. sportsbooks do not have time to find and fix bad lines most of the time either. -455 for the 3rd ml does sound way off. something does not add up. lots of issues with live betting everywhere lately. more sites doing more games with more lines per games is more confusing for them too. lots of pitfalls for gamblers playing live lines. looking forward to hear more on this particular situation. hope the outcome of a lose changes. good luck.

thanks yeah man, it doesnt make sense and i told them that but they said you hit confirm and you knew it was for the 3rd so theres nothing they can do. it's bs, a basketball quarter ml wouldnt be at -455 and they just did that cause i covered my original +10 bet with the atlanta hawks by doing that. now im stuck looking for a new book to play with.

Wouldn't play there live in play lines too heavily juiced up and really any chance to get out if you make a mistakec

Although it does say there to the right 3rd Qtr ML i would have to agree and figure who would do that for just the 3rd Qtr. At the time they had an 11 point lead so that would make sense to think it was for the game.

yeah it says that but it wasnt that when i went through with it. funny cause the next commercial break the hawks had made a run and were down by less points but the money line for the game went up to about 1000!

Wow so they added that in and from all i hear about them it will be pointless to argue because Tony is supposed to be a real ass in situations like this . I have never dealt with him but there are endless threads here about how horribly he treats people who have a problem.

If you have a wagering dispute and would like clarification from management if you're not satisfied with the answers received, you can always write in to SBR for assistance. Either way, it doesn't sound like something you should lose a valuable out over.

do this write to SBR--tony will help you if he believes you-he is not as bad as a lot of posters seem to think he is-in the couple of dealings i had with him he was fair. some of the stuff i read does seem nuts.

When was your bet canceled Str8? If it said 3rd Q on your ticket all the books who use this live product likely had no choice. If the bet on the game had lost, they would have had people writing in saying the bet was on the 3rd and if I had won the game bet you wouldn't have paid so you have to refund me the loss... and players would be correct in that argument. Intentions and what they meant to list doesn't matter. That's why the ticket always rules. And I agree, live betting can be tough to swallow when there is an error and its not for everyone.

similar thing happened to me
in 5dimes new live betting extra software, when you select total points line, lets say you selected over 200, and when you click bet, since it takes couple of seconds to accept bet, if system increases total points to 201 (because a team scored 3 pointer), your bet will be saved as under 201, not over 200, although you clicked over 200, this happened to me many times, i noticed this, got into contact with them, asking to void wager, not accept it as over, just void, give me my risk amount back, they denied it everytime, other than this I am happy with fivedimes for the last 5 years, but I lost big amounts because of this mistake, so just be very extra careful when using live betting extra

5dimes will screw you time and time again..They are great at what they do....Far more "advanced" than any other book out there.

They have cutting edge software that allows you to bet into the wrong side of a live bet, but not the correct or better side.

Today, I was just looking for some action and saw that the Cubs/Cards live line was still up in between the 8th and the 9th. I was following on my phone and just for kicks I took the Cards +6 going into the 9th. Really, it had been too long and I didn't think they would accept it, but I did want a little action. Bet goes through and I am pretty pumped. Like 45 seconds later, I walk inside my house and turn on the game, only to see base paths lit up and my bet doomed.

They do this kind of stuff all the time. Last week they kept denying a live bet of mine all game long, during every commercial break. They are evil geniuses. Old school and new School. Old school in that they take advantage of tried and true techniques of not making it easy to withdrawal and sending in coolers at you if you are on a hot streak and have shown signs of being an emotional punter. Website will jam up, bets will be rejected,etc....just to cool you off.

New School in their sadistic live betting software.... and the part where they can see into the future better than anyone else around, well call that what you will.

I elected to be in the casino rebate program at 5dimes, lost a small sum of money and requested a rebate, was credited around $15, I rant that upto $75, I logged in a couple hours later and my balance was zero. I goto live help and they said you actually lost today in the casino and you don't qualify for this rebate til after midnight so we revoked it! Iknow this is chump change but imagine if I put that $75 on a 4 team parlay and then come back to see that crap. I told live help they are shady as hell, they no we are not, we made a mistake and corrected it, we're only human.

I know very little about basketball. One thing I never do, will never do is take OKC First half. Take a team +19 live on tilt or something like that, yes! Take OKC first half- never !

Well, you guys got me, got me good. After OKC game, I logged on and kept hitting refresh as I saw no pending bets. Sure enough, they switched my OKC ML game to OKC ML 1st half. Screen shotting all future bets with 5dimes. Gonna catch them with their pants down one of these days.

The thing that really sucked was that I would have taken OKC live like a hundred times that game, but I didn't cause i was already invested in them with 5d. That money there is like gold to me. What a reversal!!! I hope you sleep well at night, Tony.

LOSE - LOSE situation: if you bet on the wrong odds (lower odds) and lose the bet will stand cause the book will say you took a shot and knew the bet will later be canceled; if you bet on the wrong odds (higer) and win, the bet will be canceled because you are trying to screw the book

Man it's part of gambling there's going to be glitches and/or miscommunication between the bettor and the book

Tony hasn't been in business forever with a great book by screwing people

Five Dimes one of the best in the business and that's a reflection on the owner and how he runs his book

I don't like seeing people lose money of course but be careful especially betting live and doublecheck everything

Nets first quarter was in the +300 range I placed the bet... they won the first quarter I thought I've cashed

I checked my slip it said for the game... unreal... I never bet for the game until the fourth quarter. .. Needless to say the Nets lost...

I felt like it was pointless to fight. . The platform is shit.

Haha, awesome reminder. On the phone, you can't get reduced lines - even when their sites are all down. I asked the guy, how come I can't get that game with the reduced line?

i lost 10 $500 deposits there, so i got the 8th and 9th deposit on the house, like a dumbass i just blew both of those ine casino couldn't get rebate on those casino losses, they don't treat those as real deposits,
