its more than 3 days now and ladbrokes have not processed my withdrawal,they keep on lying to me that my money will soon be in my skrill account.
ladbrokes is not reliable, i will never bet there again.

I could give you a long list of what i consider to be bad at Ladbrokes but that wouldn´t be one of them, still,you are right, it´s not acceptable!

coz their chat is always busy

I just called them again and they told me they have a new system software and they can not be able to give me a specific time that the system would be working fully. a reliable bookie should be able to inform customers before hand.

If you seriously think that Ladbrokes is a risk to your funds, and that a systems glitch is some sort of conspiracy, you should just give up betting online

Sorry I'm not think that ladbrokes is risk to my fund, I know they are great but their system issues is taking to long to handle for sportsbook asgreat as ladbrokes.
And their support didn't do their job I think coz they never answer on chat support and didn't answer my email for that issues

Ladbrokes is a reliable company and won't steal your money, i'm 100% sure these technical issues are legitimate and will be fixed within a few days.

still waiting too,
I had chat support last night.
They told me that my withdraw is approved, its strange for me because my withdraw status is waiting not approve like they said.And they ask me to email them screenshot of my account.
So I send email of that screenshot like they ask. and they will investigating this issues and call me for progress
But till now I did not recieve any progress or email to respond this issues, just one autorespond email for about 5 email I had send them for this problem issues.

Cashier systems have been changed.They blame processor issues though.I expected some improvements over the e-wallet payments rather than such long delays.It has been some days and the glitch in their system still exists.They stopped answering queries for withdrawals,just copy and paste regular texts in chat.

That's rather surprising. Especially as the TV ad running in Australia appears to be set in an English pub and the voices are all Pommie, I thought they were just using the same one as would have been run in England.
