Ok I am really angry right now. 31 January I opened an account with NordicBet. I deposited money with my VI$A and also recieved a bonus. I placed some bets on soccer and I evetually completed the bonus requirements. When I wanted to withdraw I chose the same card. Then they contacted me and asked for 3 kinds of documents: photo of ID card, photo of card, and electricity/gas/water bill. I sent my driver's license, an electricity bill and my card. They all got accepted. No problems so far.
The next time I tried to log in (I think it was the day after I sent the documents) my account was frozen!
They sent an email that they wanted to make a quick phone verification. So they called me, asked different questions such as what games I bet on, how old I am, how much I deposited etc. I answered all of these questions and they guy on the phone thanked me and said that my account would be open soon.
That was yesterday. So today when I still couldn't log in, I first contacted the live chat and asked what was going on. They said they were still waiting for the department that was in charge of the verification. So I waited a few hours until I finally recieved an email saying pretty much that they will give me back the money I deposited and keep my account closed. The decision was taken by their security department and is final.
Of course, I don't accept this. I will not let them keep my winnings. I have sent them all the documents they requested + phone verification. I started a live chat with them and asked what they were doing. The woman in the chat refered to their rule: "1.8 We reserve the right to decline a new customer or close an account without having to give a reason for doing so." That is a BS rule, can they even do that?
I didn't get that much info but I kept asking for a reason and they said something like "We did a verification of your account and it wasn't approved so your account will remain closed." I thought they just verified me a couple of days ago?!
I really don't understand. All my documents are valid and my own. I haven't abused any rule or anything. I have saved the chat logs and they are in Swedish but I could post them if needed. I really feel badly treated and I want my money that they have stolen from me. What should I do?
