I never heard of a no pay issue a lot of the banking issues are due strict wire regulations US and coaster Rica and involves higher amounts

So you don't consider the slow pay issues they have compared to other books to be a problem? I have always had my finger on the button to make a deposit, but slow pays have scared me off.
