VIPSports.eu confiscates $1,300+ from winning player

VIPSports.eu (SBR rating D+) has confiscated $1,326 from a winning player. The player created his account January 30th, depositing $1,300 for a $1,000 cash bonus with a 30X rollover requirement. VIP Sports refunded the player's deposit and paid just 25% of his winnings after closing his account for "non-recreational play". | Read more

These twerps erased $1000 I won off $100 free promo. Slowpaid me for a week on $100 payout. Deducted $50 payout fee. And now apparently have closed my account. This is not VIP Sports. This is POS Sports.

This brand of books is garbage and should be blacklisted at all costs. There sister book Dimeline.eu hasn't paid me $2400 it still owes me from January.

I am the player they are stiffing. As it was stated above in the SBR report, they basically free-rolled me, then closed my account and stiffed me all of my winnings citing "Non-Recreational".

Truly a bunch of criminals operating this book.

                Lo$t,

In your case, did the promotion simply say the max winnings you could achieve with the promo was $100? I don't like these rules, but the mugging of Baus's money is on a much higher level than yours (if I remember the T&C on your promo correctly). Don't get me wrong, I think you were both screwed, but Baus was screwed much worse.

They seamlessly go from present to future tense, never saying max win is $100. Obviously being smart asses just in case some idiot actually completes a 30X rollover. That would be me. 30X? For 0.5X after 50% fee? I've never even heard of 30X for 100% deposit bonuses! I actually did over 45X.

They didn't want to pay out a cent, had no intention of paying a cent, but knew nobody would do it if they explicitly said $100 max winnings. Feel free to dispute any of this James.

In a nutshell, VIP made it ambiguous. Didn't say max 100. Didn't say say no max. No big deal, you are right Justin. Just another shit book that will shut down and re-open under another name.

Non-Recreational ? Well... the "recreational gambling" is prevalent and co-occurs with substance abuse/dependence

                          This is a robery!

One player who was being slow-paid for more than a year and a half by Dimeline got out by transferring to another account poker network.
