    youre right. my bad.

im still confused with these betting terminologies

i play on even odds or better than even odds most of the time. the lowest that i would play is 1.80

What I am asking is what would be the net result if you were to put $1 on each team you bet.

Obviously when chasing you don't do that but it is the best measure of your prospects.

If you can't make a profit betting flat stakes you are almost certainly doomed to losing your bankroll playing Martingale.

i really cant tell the net result of simultaneous games being played.

i just make sure that at the end of the day i am on the positive side.

for the record my longest losing streak in one day was 5 which totalled to -30k pesos (-$600) LUCKILY on my 6th bet on that day, i won.

so my targeted profit per day was reached because of that 6th bet.

take note, i have a targeted amount of winnings per game as well as targeted amount of winnings per day

my system also works in casino.

in total i have 243 points (betpoints 60+sbr book balance 183).

i can reach 500 pts in an hour doing system + martingle in roulette (which is considered as "HOUSE" game).

let me know if you want me to prove that my system works. i'll start playing roulette. just give me the go signal

Well thanks for this post it clarifies three things that you've failed to make clear so far.

    1) You don't understand the concept of +EV
    2) You don't understand why your strategy is -EV
    3) You're doomed.

although I'd like to place a small saver bet that you're actually trolling.

    ok thanks.

i dont need to prove myself to anyone here as you are free to voice out your opinion.

at the end of the day, its my money/points being risked which really dont affect you in any way possible.

but then again, just let me know if you want me to prove that my system+M work thru the use of roulette. i'll begin when you skeptics tell me to do so.

    cheers

    100% on the mark Jontheman

just saying he can beat a casino with Martingale is tantamount to a confession that he has NFI

but I also get the feel as I said once before that he's just having us on with all this stuff

always wanted to see someone prove the "unprovable" and defy mathematical gravity ... go for it ... this should be fun

    come on man.

the primary reason why this thread was started was because i was asking for the differences of
    of rec and pro sb.

then you asked me why i did ask for the minimum bet remember? then i said i use a system+M. now youre

accusing me of just putting you on just because i said that ive been winning with the use of this strategy?

why not put me on a challenge then so i can prove myself?

i appreciate all your help though hareeba for all the clarifications that youve made everytime i start a thread.

again, i just dont do M and blind bet. i have a system+M which i think is very much different to other players who lost tons of cash by SOLELY relying on M

    peace

Martingale I understand and know it is a recipe for disaster unless played with a very good +EV system.

But your system I don't understand and that's why I wanted to learn how it performs on flat stakes but you seem incapable of answering that.

And there can be no such thing as a +EV bet on a roulette wheel.

    time is up.

youre absolutely right. i cant prove the "unprovable" as i cant reach 500 points from 243 points in an hour.

but i did increase my total points to 467. with my starting stake at 1pt per spin then martingle and use my strategy.

...but given 10 more minutes of play, im sure i can reach 500. i just want to stick with 1 hour of play.

anyway, flat stakes you mean betting the same amount per game right? as ive said, i wager different amounts but i have a standard amount to win per game which is $50.

lets say the odds for game A is 2.10 then i would wager $46 to win $50.
then the odds for another game B is 2.30 then i would wager $ 39 to win $50.

if game A wins then i stop since i already win $50

if game B loses then i would look for another game which is about to start. lets say the odds for game C is 1.80, then i would wager $112 for me to recover the amount lost in game B and be up $50. -------> M starts here obviously.

focusing on game A and game B alone, the net winning would be $11.

i think you are still confused. but i am the one who developed this so i would be the only one to fully understand how this works.

    feel free to ask

even if you had it wouldn't have "proved" anything

One story I came across was a lady who used Martingale to back race favourites every Saturday and quit when she hit a winner.

That went on for years and everyone admired her ability to win week in week out.

Then after 8 years the maths caught up with her. In one afternoon she lost everything she'd ever won and her entire bankroll.

you know what her mistake was?

she bet the FAVORITES ALL THE TIME which may have 1.5 odds or lower. i dont play horse racing so i really do not know the odds for favs.

why not bet the biggest dog or dogs with the best chance of winnng then have a target amount to win for?

just an example Real Madrid lost to Real Zaragoza 2-3 two weeks ago. odds for zaragoza at that time was 15.00 while mardid was at 1.17.

imagine risk $71 for zaragoza to win $1000 while risk $5900 for RM to win the same amount.

on that same weekend Barcelona lost 2-1 to Real Sociedad. sociedad had 7.00 odds on that game.

US sports....Lal lost to the cavs in the regular season in which the cavs had 13.00 odds.

my point is, in any given day, DOGS can win. so dont bet on odds lower than 1.80. thats what i believe in.

as I've said before it doesn't matter if you're backing favourites or dogs
what matters is whether you have a history of making +EV bets or not
she didn't and from all you've posted I don't believe you are either
you don't know whether your bets are +EV or not unless you can't answer the question I've asked
and if you think you can beat roulette with Martingale you obviously have no regard for the concept

You my friend appear to be a lost cause. But with any luck there is at least one person who's been following this thread who will at least think long and hard and do some proper research before it's too late if they've ever contemplated using Martingale.

good luck - you're going to need an awful bloody lot of it
