All teams are not at all built that way. Many teams play with a solid back line and holding defensive midfielders and seek to beat teams by low-scoring slim margins. Me saying that they are built to outscore their opponents means they abandon defensive tactics and responsibilities in favor of high scoring chances. Thus, both teams regularly play 3-2 type games with 10+ scoring opportunities per game.

Bookmakers would clearly much rather adjust the juice on the line than post a line of 4.5 (not sure why you picked that arbitrary number either? 3 or 3.5 would be much more likely).
