Do I think Stuttgart wins it? Not exactly. But do I think Stuttgart COULD win this? Yep, definitely. Dortmund didn't lose in their last 22 league matches, but Stuttgart is playing good soccer right now, too. So +990 is way to high! I am from Germany, and yeah, they do play some amazing soccer! Still +1010 is way to high and worth a little shot. Especially as the "Bundesliga" is a very balanced league, perhaps the most well balanced in the world right now.
