    Soccer Parlay Hedging Question!
Okay, so I went out on a limb and made the parlay below based on a random hunch that these two results would come through... without much basis, I just sort of woke up and said, "yea, I think the Gunners and Spurs are gonna win." If I made an initial stake of $40 which would pay out about $355 I believe, how much should I separately put on the DRAW (at +215) and MAN U to win (at +165) now to hedge my initial bet for at least some profit?

    PARLAY (2 TEAMS)
    ARSENAL +235 WIN
    TOTTENHAM +165 PENDING

    Thanks for your suggestions!

u can take 75% or 100% probability by selecting win & draw, either 3 tickets or 4 tickets

So the parlay you made = to about 9.00 (+800) odds.

About $50 on the United ML and about $40 on the draw, it will leave you with around $230 if Tottenham wins but no loss on the other 2 results.

I've been awake for like 48 hours so my math might be wrong, double check with a calculator.

divide the payout once by draw and once by away win ....so despite of the outcome ,you will win the same amount

        355 / 3.15 =113

        355 / 2.65 = 134

so in total you have put 40 +113 +134= 287 and you will win 355 despite the outcome of this match....your profit will be 355 - 287 = 68

if you believe that totenham will win , then follow the advice of john, 40 on draw , 50 on united ... you will make profits if spurs win ,....draw or away win you will have no profit , no loss ...

myself i took spurs +0/0.5 ... i think this will be draw and under 2.5

Brutal, Saha should have put Tottenham up 1-0, then Adebayor handles it before finishing it and gets the sure goal called back. Minutes before half Rooney comes through with the gut-punching goal to put Man U up....

fuked me up yesterday ... I added fukin juventus thinking I'll just get out of that parlay(because it was open parlay and I was adding games one by one) and chievo scored a lucky goal in the 76' after what juve did not even care about the win.

its hard to see the embedded pic, link to the parlay: http://i40.tinypic.com/htco5e.jpg

Yes, did a modified hedge of sorts to make sure I turned a profit regardless. The order of payouts was obviously best being Tottenham win, 2nd highest being a draw and third being Man U winning, so it wasn't great, but... any +$$$ is good money!

I also had a strong lean on over 2.5 goals and didn't play it though unfortunately.
