    Just over/unders?
Does anyone here bet on just over and unders? When i started betting i would try and predict match winners, over the last few months tho i have just bet on over and unders and they seem a lot more profitable, to me anyway. Any one else do this?

I went through a run when I thought I was a natural O/U guru on soccer, but surprise surprise...

Agree it's more fun to cap than winners/losers.

It seems hot streaks come around a lot more often using the over/unders. Out of 152 bets made using this strategy ive won 98 and lost 54, gaining £480 not sure as to what that translates in $. I bet in three incriments depending on £10, £20 and £30 depending on confidence. Not betting major money as gambling is a hobby more than anything, but the way i see it if i make £40 a week betting its like doing an extra shift in work, well near enough, if that makes sense.

right, if you are not watching every single game live on tv?

80% of my bets are always under/over. Sometimes I get screwed , sometimes I win. Last month I was 1500$ in profit so that is not that bad.

I usually try to combine a winner prediction with overs/unders.

I'm the same. Rec bettor who sees $100/wk avg profit as great stuff.

For what it's worth, I seem to do much better pre-xmas on the totals last couple of years. Particularly Nov-Dec. I suspect whatever bias I have in my capping it suits the weather conditions at that time of year best. (could be just co-incidence as well of course)

If you really want to jinx yourself, start a thread. I'd be interested to see how you do ongoing.
