It's juiced like crazy on the Over at -151 now...but it didn't move to 4.25 like it usually does..
It stays juiced to the outrageous amount and Under is only +111 not +130
usually that means Under is the play...

this is the point you were making about the movement. Somewhere u went astray, but line movement in this sport isn't exactly the same as it is in other sports. Each sport is different. if you took the under there you would be losing .5 a goal.

The simplest route is that they know no matter what they do in a game where the best team in the world is playing a team no one has heard of they are going to get more action on the best team in the world. They keep it at 3 with heavy juice so that if they have to pay out then it won't hurt as much. Now they are trying to make up the difference by getting people to bite on the under, but people will most likely still bet on barca -3.5 and O4.5 but just get a better price on their pay out if it wins.

I disagree a bit. I rate it like a Fiba game when these differeing countries suit up in hoops. You get these crazy games with great disparities and they cover with ease. That's what I'm seeing with this game.
