I've always felt they're both 'jekyll and hide' teams; never know when they'll show up to play. When they do, they can hold with the best, then the next game, they'll give you an aneurysm.

One thing about Valencia, their first half record has been great, second half... not so much.

Valencia's recent play has been decent, but there is a quality difference to the teams they've been beating to the teams that have been beating Athletico. Also, keep in mind they have a CL match on tuesday, and have some recent suspension issues. Plus Diego Forlan will be returning for Athletico.

If I had to bet, I'd go with Valencia
but I don't =)
