FC Dallas is a fairly defensive team. 3rd lowest GAA in the league, and they've scored an average amount themselves. I'm betting the Under in the game, which is set at 3. Two defensive teams, IMO chances are a good for a push at least.

no, a very strong storm occured in the first half, and i don't think it will be restarted today.

so, to more precise, the match was interrupted because it was hailing (some sort of rain with big ice balls, very dangerous for humans and agriculture). Yeah, it's accurate. It's 1 - 1 and they have to play 3 more minutes. Vaslui cannot find its good play since the change of the coach. They lost a lot of points within this start of the season. Hard for them, but their coach is making several changes i can't understand with some players.

t6he match was highly influenced by the weather, but still, bdevil is right, Vaslui sucks a lot this year.
