Anzhi v Liverpool Play

I watched their first game against Liverpool.......they couldn't pass the ball 10 yards and they were horrendous! Eto is nothing but an ego in that team and seemed to bring them down in that game. I understand that this isn't your "normal" away fixture because its penetrating FREEZING.

Even with a mediocre team I could see Liverpool scraping some points together so for me the play here is Liverpool PK @ 3.25. (Odds courtesy of Bet365). Tremendous value in the play imo.

Missing Gerrard and Suarez and going to freezing Russia to play is not what this team is focused on

They care more about Sundays match with Chelsea I would think

As I said above - Even with a mediocre team Liverpool can still scrape points from Anzhi which is why I think there is great value. Even without Gerrard and Suarez. I'm not saying this is a lock as it is far from it, just good value.

Anzhi could well win this game but judging by the previous game, they are very very poor. I still think Liverpool reserves will give them a good game. Feel free to flame me if Anzhi win but I will stand by the Liverpool PK line....

Why would you judge based on that one game? Their last two in Europe 2-0 v Young Boys at home and drew at Udinese 1-1. Maybe play draw, but Liverpool with top players not even traveling seems foolish. Also they are 2nd in Rusia

if your backing a side it has to be Anzhi, we've seen it time after time that Russian sides are incredibly difficult to beat at home, especially a stronger team like Anzhi

im not watching the game, but judging by the lack of shots and corners on the stats it must be a borefest, good thing i didnt bet on this one, i was initially tempted to go with anzhi ML but even that looks optimistic.
