It should specify wherever you play it. If it was Bovada, YES - a goal does need to be scored for this particular bet to cash. There are usually three bets you can place when they have this option: 1. To Score Before X amount of minutes, 2. To Score After X Amount of Minutes or 3. No Goal Scored. The 3rd option usually has massive odds. In this case, I think it was +1200.
