Anyone Ever Use Vegas Sports Masters Richie Baccelleri?

Have any of you guys ever used Vegas Sports Masters Capper Richie Baccelleri or RichieBWins?

If so what has been your experience with Customer Service when you call in for play?

I had them last year. Have to call them to get their big plays.Then half the time they are tryin to sell you another big play. They were pretty good in football last yr. just gets to be a hassle calling them every sat and sun to get the plays. Also they usually give a small window to call them and if you get put on hold and its a early game you might miss the kickoff. Not very good in baskets
