    I've submitted a complaint with sportsbookreview about this, not sure if they are able to help with Service play payment disputes, but we'll see...figured I'd warn others about my experience with this outfit:

    I received an e-mail over a week ago offering a special deal on sports picks from Vegas Sports Consulting. It involved picks they call "Insider Moves" that are guaranteed to win or you get a refund of your payment. The deal that was offered to me was a 5 for 1 deal on these Insider Moves that they provide. Part of the guarantee offer with this 5 for 1 deal was that if the first pick out of the 5 did not win I would be given a full refund of my payment and then still be provided with the remaining 4 picks included in the deal free of charge.

    I paid the rate (which was $249.99) for this deal and spoke with a person named Dave who told me the Insider Move pick for that day and I placed a wager on it. That first Insider Move pick lost. I contacted Dave to request a refund as per the guarantee in the deal and he tried to offer me 5 more picks if I left my money with them, but I requested to just have it refunded to my ***********. He claimed the billing department would issue the refund but never gave me a time-frame. Its been over a week and still no refund. I have tried to get in contact with Dave since our last email over a week ago, but he will not respond to my inquiries...

    I'm sure I will hear it from some folks on here that I never should have trusted such a group, but hey I had never tried paid picks and wanted to give it a try! A mistake I will not make again.

    UPDATE:

    Earlier before filing the complaint I had sent one more email to them stating that because I had not heard from them, I'd be taking another course of action to get my money back. About a half hour after sending that email, they finally responded and stated that the refund would go through today. A separate/second email gave me details and confirmation of the refund. I will wait and see if the credit back to my card shows up in my account tomorrow or next day.

        No problem, once I see the refund credit show up in my account I will post a second update. Hopefully will be in just a day or two.

        **I'll also add that Dave did give me 2 Insider moves for today (one has already won and the second is looking good so far ). I have 2 more left in the deal I'll be getting tomorrow most likely and will ride with the picks for small wagers just to see how they pan out.

        I appreciate that they have gone through with my refund (although delayed over a week). We shall see if the credit actually shows up in my account, hopefully no more hassle with this....

          FINAL UPDATE:

          It took a week for it to go through the system but I did receive my refund for this deal. Glad they stuck to their word, even though it was more delayed than it should have been.
