Total scam. Run away. These guys are sales guys and nothing more. Meyers targets non-prime time radio hosts, offering to come on as a Vegas insider type guy, but he just uses the air time to promote himself, hoping to sound legit enough to get guys like you to call.
He also was involved with Nevin Shapiro. That's the guy who got busted a few years ago for running a huge ponzi scheme in FL and was lurking around the Miami football program.
