Can any paid service win 70% consistant?

If anybody could reliably hit 70%, I assure you that they wouldn't waste their time selling picks. I can't see a 60% capper selling his picks either. Why would you? Now, a 55% capper, sure. Their return is so little that unless they have a huge bankroll, their winnings aren't enough to live off of.

The best cappers hit 55-57% over the long term. Anything more than that is a pipe dream. Short term as in 100 picks or so yes, but year over year..not a chance.

You can make a ton of cash with a 54-57% capper long term if you are distributing your $$$ right.

My aunt and uncle live in ocala florida. The guy that painted their house was sal capri from ny. He was on the phone constantly. He told my uncle he was also a bookie. Apparently he was picked up back in the day for felony theft in ocala. Hes originally from ny though. True story

You will not find a handicapper or service who will consistantly hit 70%, or even in the mid 60's over the longterm. It is completely unheard of. In the short-term yes it is possible to go on a winning streak and hit at a 60-80% rate but eventually it always evens out. Over the longterm you will find that a majority hit somewhere around 53-57% which is still extrememly profitable if you manage your money right. To expect anything more is just being naive.
