Does IC beat closing line?

Hi,

Can someone tell me what time does IC release its plays?

Also would love to know if he usually beats the closing line? It seems that recently he hasn't (particularly its NBA totals) but what about in the long run ?

to the subscribers whose follow IC since long time, would you recommend to bet its plays as soon as they are release?

From what I understand (somebody correct me if I am wrong): Ic submits his pick the night before to Docs. A guy at docs is responsible for taking the pick and adjusting the line that is available (say at 9:30am est). The play is then released at 11am.

I've followed IC for the whole season and I can say he beats the closing line on average by around 0.5 point in smaller conferences. He's one of the few guys I don't mind putting my bet down early if the line I have is the same he posted. He's 60% documented in CBB but doesnt have the long term success and heavy money of a market mover like RAS (therefore he's not much of a game changer in the market yet).

note: this is strictly for CBB. NBA is a whole different beast
