"BUMP" meaning?

The Wonuzeebalee Tribe in South Africa live in a remote village just recently discovered by man. They have survived unknowingly to the world until recently discovered. Their language consists of just one word. "Bump".
They use this word in different combinations. Bump means Hello. Bump Bump means Goodbye. Bump Bump Bump Bump Bump Bump means excuse me i have to eat. They also are accomplished bongo players and wooden flute. But they have not yet discovered dance yet. So they just all stand around urinating on each other in beat of the music. It is rather beautiful.
