I did Greyhound once when I was 18. Never again. I'm 6'4, so it's way too cramped for me. Not to mention, your fellow passengers might not be of the same caliber as yourself.

15 yrs ago..Rode from Davenport, Iowa to Phoenix and then again from San Diego back to Davenport.

Fuking miserable. Full of the dirtiest hippies and white trash mixed with bottom of the barrel black folks you ever saw. Smells like a shitty diaper.

Sounds like we were on the same bus. It would not have surprised me one bit if I had seen somebody smoke crack or shotup heroin.

Hell on earth. Used to ride back in the 70's and 80's. I can only imagine how bad it is now.

I rode amtrak from chicago to st.louis twice (6 hrs) and from new orleans to chicago (19 hrs).

other passengers seemed like normal ppl and seats were comfortable. Plus theres a food car and even private cars with beds (more $ of course)

The bus is never full. here is the key....smell worse than your fellow riders....eat a bulbs of garlic and dont shower.....wear a very stained shirt...once the bus starts...change shirts and enjoy the empty seat next to you
