I workout regularly and am in pretty good shape amd i eat healthy foods

I think i just drink too much in a quick amount of time so my liver can't handle it

In all seriousness I had these about 5 years ago, liver would feel hot, would throb, I drank but not like a drunk. Saw a few docs, some ultra sounds, came back ok. I was told it was diet. I exercised regularly as well, always kept me wondering.

I decided to take some milk thistle regularly and it seemed to help. Haven't had issues with it since. (knock on wood)

I had serious stomach pain for two weeks. Been to the ER and still in pain. They couldn't find shit after a CT scan of my stomach and blood work. Feels likes knife stabbing inside. I know this is from years of heavy drinking. Been drinking heavy for 27 years. Been averaging 6 cases of beer a month. Alcohol destroys your organs! I stopped due the pain. I learn everything the hard way. Oh it also kills brain cells. No wonder I lost my writing skills.

I have had acute pancreatitis before and this can be caused by drinking or just eating bad shit repeatedly

Go to AA it will either kill you are you will kill someone else. I guy drunk was driving on the wrong side of the highway here last week, killed himself and two kids..a tragedy

A lil update... my drinking weekend has concluded and I ended up not drinking as much as I thought I would and both yesterday and today woke up feeling great so all is well.. However I'll keep the milk thistle stuff in mind for the future.

i kn,and died ew a few guys that had bad liver ,they were in there fourtys

they died soon after one was a pill head and drank alot.onces it goes out it pretty fast,since ive seanden this i have chilled out alot on the beer and shots ,get your blood checked out. and dont bet parlays they can cause liver damage.

The liver has no pain receptors. It never hurts.

Wikkid I only drink fri n sat nights, never during the week. On the off days all I drink is water, never soda or energy drinks, no coffee, none of that crap. So my liquid diet consists of water, once in awhile some kind of juice, and alcohol.

Pancreas should be fine.

That is sad story about the kids. I never drink and drive, so not killing anyone. I have the will to stop for weeks at a time and have cut back. AA is for the birds! Funny thing is that I usually drink when I wager.
