I think it was a bad move because if it was courting shari would know better than to publicly air private matters. I think shari making this thread proves one thing and that's the fact sickler is in shari's "friend zone" which I'm sure he already knows. I just don't get why he sent the pucks though. I really think the whole thing made shari uncomfortable and her reaction was making this thread which I consider ill advised, especially if she did it without consulting sickler first.
