    im tired of eating a buffet before bed
    from 11 to 2 im ******* starving to absolute death and have no idea why, but i know
    its killing me

    Frosted flakes, rice crispies , doritos, leftovers from dinner. **** I eat more in 2 hours then i do all day

    Someone told me once to just guzzle water. I already do that, makes me even
    hungrier

    Im not eaten no ******* apple. Makes me hungrier as well/ Can't wait for some
    skinny guy that says he is a certified trainer to come on here and tell me what to do .
    Rather have some advice from another struggler

    Probably not the most healthy thing in the world to do. But a nice cigar, or some snus when you feel hungry should stave off wanting to eat and also give you a nice buzz to fall asleep with.

      exactly like me..

      I swear to god by 7 pm est.. i have like 200 calories in my body.. i'm never hungry all freakin day.. but then from 7 pm on, i don't stop eating.. i must walk to the kitchen at least 32 times from 7 pm til 4 am.. it doesn't stop.. 200 calories till 7 pm.. then 3,900 calories from 7 pm till 4 am.. i only get hungry after 7 pm.. i have no idea why. i know this is not healthy.

          I hear ya. For some reason I can probably intake 1700 calories from 10-3am
          NOt healthy at all but I try going to bed and cant

            I'm the exact same way - especially if I'm working a lot. For instance, for breakfast this morning, I had some fresh baked bread with sour cream. Didn't have anything else besides a cup of coffee until about 7-8pm. I never got hungry. But I hate that feeling when you're just super hungry that it hurts.

              whoever told you to drink lots of water was fukkin with you.

                it seems like everyone in this thread is the same. maybe it's gambling related. maybe all gamblers have the same digestive system. maybe it's the stress of the games. we never think of food during the day, and at night, we go nuts. it must be the games that make us eat. that's why the avg gambler is 45 lbs overweight. I think the gambling stress makes us eat more.

                      what's everyone's weakness here at night?? mine is sweets. i have a weakness for sweets. i'd go in the kitchen during a commercial, grab 6 oreos, run back to couch.. next commercial, 5 oreos, 1 piece of cake, glass of milk, run back to tv.. that's what's killing me at night.. oh, and the cereal kills me too.. i swear to god i can grab the quart of milk, and the box of cereal and i can finish the whole box in 1 sit down.. it's a fukkin sickness.

                      that's what sitting home in front of a tv can do. this summer i was out everyday and i never ate.. i even dropped 22 lbs this summer because i was always out and was active. we were never hardly home. that is the trick to not eating and losing weight. be active and get out the house.. that tv is a killer.

                        milk don't work for me, unless it has frosted flakes,

                        Actually the water does work some, or id be even fatter. The drinking water thing does work in the morning as well as doing cardio in the morning on an empty stomach.

                        The body has no carbs to burn so it burns fat from the get go

                              Haha I'm telling you guys, a late night cigar or even better, snus is the trick. Snus you can keep in for about an hour, gives you a nice buzz, and keeps you from eating anything because you have something in your mouth. It'll help with those 4th quarter and OT nailbiters.

                                                  Snus is Swedish tobacco. Sold in packets or lose, commonly in packets here in the USA. Has about 8mg of nicotine per packet, Camel makes really good stuff. Gives you a good buzz.

                                                        i've read this everywhere and heard it on oprah, and many other stations. they said you should NEVER eat 3 hrs before bedtime. if you do this, you'll lose 17 lbs a year. so to me, this was easy to do.. if i planned on going to bed at 4 am, then eat alot from 12 to 1 am, then stop. that lasted about 2 days.. i was so certain i can do this because the reward was great.. 17 lbs a year. that's great.

                                                        but each night before i go to bed, i have to go to bed satisfied.. i will eat 6 cookies and 2 pieces of cake right before i hit the sack.. i have no control whatsoever. and what's even more sad is that 94% of the time, i am not even hungry at all..

                                                        IT'S A FUKKIN SICKNESS.. food is no different than crack cocaine.

                                                            Put a chicken breast on the grill and have some raw vegetables and get used to craving that imo. Tough, but doable.

                                                                  I dont eat sweets, If I did I would weigh 500 pounds. I get hungry after 11 too, try to snack on some celery with cream cheese or some fresh broccoli dipped in ranch or shit like that

                                                                    Just eat smaller meals throughout the day so you wont be as hungry later in the day. Also eating one big meal is worse for your metabolism and health then eating smaller meals throughout the day. I think a big part of why you might be hungry later in the day is if you are drinking alcohol, everyone knows when you get drunk you get hungry as ****.

                                                                      thats not really true, I used to be a heavy drinker & never wanted to eat, now I dont drink & am hungry all the time. But I eat more & lost weight because alcohol turns to pure sugar
