Porn Legend Jenna Jameson Pleads Not Guilty To DUI


WESTMINSTER (CBS) — Porn legend Jenna Jameson pleaded not guilty Wednesday to drunken driving charges stemming from a May 25 fender-bender in Westminster.

Jameson, whose legal name is Jenna Marie Massoli, is charged with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, driving with a blood-alcohol level of .08 percent or more and driving without a valid driver’s license — all misdemeanors.

Jameson is next due in court Aug. 16 for a pretrial hearing.

Jameson’s blood-alcohol level was allegedly 0.13 percent — the legal limit is .08 — after crashing a white Range Rover into a light pole.

Jameson’s attorney, John Marshall Kremer, said his client declined comment.
