She's kicking a dying woman asking her if she's sorry. Good grief.

People are claiming it was self defense, but the fight was over. She shot her out of anger and embarrassment.

She'll go to jail for a few months and Autozone will hire her.

I don't think this is correct.

The employee was being assaulted, in danger, and it's a total guess to say the "fight is over" while the two are still right there. It was not broken up and who's to say the customer wasn't going to continue to assault the employee.

It's quite a jump to assume the employee is no longer in danger or should feel as if she's no longer in danger.

Also, whether or not she is in danger isn't really relevant, the question is whether she felt she was in danger or threatened. Being a victim of an attack would qualify there.

That said, popping of shots in O'Reilly can't be a good thing in any circumstance.

Welcome to the jungle! Guns and Roses!

What I saw is a loud customer disturbing the peace in the store then attacking the employee behind the counter and beating the shit out of her. What was said before that I don't know? Employee then grabs a gun after she was beat in her store and shoots her. Justice served I think. She could have been attacked again by her.

You don't go punching out employees and screaming like that in stores unless you belong in the jungle with all the other wild animals.

The woman was walking away though, not to mention the fact that the woman who shot her proceeded to kick and taunt her after she was shot.

That guy down in Florida was found guilty after being shoved to the ground and then shooting the person who did it.

I think that it's going to be very difficult for the employee to claim that she fired in self defense.

When a thug man or women comes into a place of business causing noise and displaying violent physical behavior to the owner or staff employees you should be allowed to respond in self defense and with deadly force without being charged I say!

If the costumer has a real legit problem then call the police first. Walk out and never come back again. Go on yelp and give a negative review. Boycott with signs in front of the business even if you really were wronged. Sue in small claims court even.

    That's called civilized behavior!
