These Oklahoma City police officers are completely ignorant dolts or corrupt POS jackboots. This story exemplifies how unprincipled the court system is that it just takes the word of LEO as gospel and worthy for a conviction.
Man Avoids 15 Years in Prison after his "Cocaine" Proved to be Powdered Milk
An Oklahoma City cop determined the powdered milk was cocaine "based on my training and experience."
A homeless man in Oklahoma spent two months in jail before he was sentenced to 15 years in prison for cocaine that turned out to be powdered milk last week.
The courts apparently took the word of the Oklahoma City police officers who arrested him and wrote the following on the affidavit, according to the Oklahoman.
"Inside the baggie was a large amount of white powder substance that I believed to be cocaine based on my training and experience. The white powder inside the baggy later tested positive for cocaine and was a total package weight of 45.91 grams of cocaine."
However, at some point after the conviction, somebody came up with the idea to test the white powder which was when it was discovered it was powdered milk.
Gregg, 29, was released Friday after a judge granted him permission to change his plea to not guilty.

North Carolina Judge Dies from Heroin and Fentanyl Overdose, Convicted DWI Cases
A fentanyl and heroin overdose caused the unexpected death of Guilford County, NC former Chief District Court Judge Tom Jarrell, 56, the North Carolina Office of the Chief Medical Examiner said in an autopsy released Thursday.
The judge was found unresponsive August 3, 2019 on his bedroom floor during a welfare check at his High Point, NC home reports WXII 12 News.
Jarrell had a medical history that was significant for atrial fibrillation, or irregular heartbeat, but police found a plastic bag with a powdered substance in his pocket, according to the report.
In his bathroom, police found a pocketknife and a piece of paper containing a powdered substance, according to the report. The autopsy found that there was a possible needle puncture in his right arm with dried blood. There was also 40 milligrams of alcohol in his system, the toxicology report showed.
When appointed as chief district court judge in August 2016, Judge Jarrell saw a need to reduce the backlog of DWI cases on the docket in Guilford County.
Judge Jarrell sought to reduce fatalities involving impaired driving and making North Carolina roads and highways safer, yet Jarrell died using the illegal drugs of heroin and fentanyl.

Another POS jackboot thug with a badge, Jerry Alderman, who thinks laws don't apply to him even when he's off duty. He was allowed to leave the crime scene because cops don't usually arrest their fellow corrupt blue line gang members as they try to figure out a way to sweep it under the rug. For his unlawful actions initially he received a paid vacation, AKA administrative leave with pay. Later Alderman was arrested and charged with 3 counts of aggravated assault and one count of using a firearm while under the influence of alcohol. I can't wait to see what type of blue line privilege sentence/punishment he'll receive in court. Any other citizen making threats and brandishing a handgun while under the influence would have the book thrown at them and serve time in prison.

Florida Cop Made Teen Girl Run Naked in the Everglades to Avoid Arrest
A former cop at the Miccosukee Police Department was convicted on October 17 after forcing two teenagers to run naked on a secluded road in the Everglades. One of the teens was a girl, we are not sure the sex of the other.
Michael Martinez, 30, was found guilty of two counts of extortion and two counts of unlawful compensation, which are all felonies, according to Broward State Attorney Mike Satz.
According to NBC Miami, on Aug. 5, 2016 Martinez pulled over two 18-year-olds for running a stop sign in the Everglades near the Miccosukee Reservation on Alligator Alley. Martinez found alcohol and a small amount of marijuana in their car and told them to follow him down a hidden road.
Martinez told the teens that they could face jail time if they did not strip naked and run down the road. One of the women claimed that Martinez tried to solicit a “hand job.” The teens said they felt intimidated and threatened, so they complied with Martinez's commands.
Martinez faces up to 60 years in state prison; his sentencing is scheduled for Nov. 25.

This story is sad and should never have happened. The lack of caution and meticulous preparation results in a lady losing her life while the cop, Lee Coel, gets off with probation for murder. Another case of blue line gang privilege and special treatment with very light punishment. The shooting took place over 3 years ago, but the plea deal was just accepted last week allowing the killer to walk away with no prison or jail time for his egregious actions.
Florida Cop who Shot Woman during Training Exercise will Serve no Jail Time
Former Punta Gorda police officer Lee Coel accepted a plea deal where he will serve 10 years probation.
The Florida cop who shot and killed a woman during a citizen police academy "shoot/don't shoot scenario" training exercise will serve no jail time.
Lee Coel was a Punta Gorda police officer when he shot and killed Mary Knowlton in 2016. Knowlton was a 73-year-old retired librarian who enrolled in the citizen police academy to show her support for police. She was killed in front of 35 other people, including her husband.
Coel, who had a history of abusing citizens, said he believed the gun he was using contained blanks. Instead, it contained real bullets.
He was charged with felony manslaughter with a firearm and was fired from his job shortly after. He was facing up to 30 years in jail as well as a $10,000 fine, according to NBC News.
Last week, he agreed to a plea deal that will have him serve ten years of probation with no jail time.
So just how did Coel confuse live ammo for blanks?
According to Fox News:
"Coel used a .38 caliber Smith & Wesson revolver during the demonstration. Coel reportedly loaded it with bullets given to him by another officer. That officer told investigators they were moving and "had some old ammunition they wanted to get rid of." The officer believed the two boxes of ammunition given to Coel were filled with blank rounds.
Coel reportedly tested the .38 revolver with the ammunition he was given during a demonstration at the CCSO shooting range sometime in July 2016, weeks before Knowlton's death.
Investigators determined Coel did not realize he was shooting live rounds at the range.
Coel reportedly used the same ammunition on August 9th when Knowlton was shot. Investigators say he stored the ammunition in the back of his K-9 squad car; in a separate place from the ammunition for his duty weapon."
Tom Lewis, who was Punta Gorda police chief at the time, was charged with culpable negligence and found not guilty in 2017.
The Knowlton family received a $2 million settlement.

All of the bootlickers that just obey and have their constitutional rights trampled and think the cops do no wrong are enablers and are a large part of the problem. In reference to deputy Scot Peterson and the Parkland shooting:
A federal judge says Broward schools and the Sheriff’s Office had no legal duty to protect students during the shooting at Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School.
U.S. District Judge Beth Bloom dismissed a suit filed by 15 students who claimed they were traumatized by the crisis in February. The suit named six defendants, including the Broward school district and the Broward Sheriff’s Office, as well as school deputy Scot Peterson and campus monitor Andrew Medina.
Bloom ruled that the two agencies had no constitutional duty to protect students who were not in custody.

Connecticut Cop Charged for Opening Fire on Citizens Complying with his Orders
Hamden police officer Devin Eaton ordered a man out of his car, then opened fire when the man stepped out of the car.
A Connecticut cop who fired into a car of unarmed citizens said he imagined a gun in the hands of the driver who was complying with his orders to step out of the car with his arms raised.
And that is usually all it takes for a cop to be cleared of any wrongdoing but it did not work this time.
Instead, Hamden police officer Devin Eaton was charged with assault and reckless endangerment last week. His attorney said that Eaton and other officers are "distraught" over the charges, according to NBC News.
This is how Eaton described the incident in his report.
"I could see that he was not holding anything in his left hand but as he began to turn towards me I saw the operator (Witherspoon) begin to raise his right arm up and it appeared that he was holding an object in his right hand, which I believed to be a gun. Based on his close proximity to me and his sudden and aggressive actions when exiting the vehicle, I was afraid that the operator was about to shoot me and cause me serious bodily injury or death."

NYPD Brags on Twitter of Major Pot Bust that Turned out to be Legal Hemp
With marijuana becoming more mainstream with each passing day, police continue to criminalize it with each passing day by making senseless arrests.
And it doesn't get anymore senseless than the latest arrest which took place Saturday when New York City police officers confiscated 106 pounds of legal industrial hemp enriched with CBD.
The NYPD cops then bragged about the arrest by posting photos of themselves on Twitter surrounded by bags of hemp or what they described as "marijuana destined for our city streets."
The reaction on Twitter was swift with most people questioning why are police still cracking down on cannabis, especially now that it is legal in more states than it is not legal.
Commenters became even more condescending when the owner of the company that owned the hemp responded on Instagram by saying the NYPD seized his hemp and falsely arrested his brother despite having the proper documentation proving it was legal.
The hemp in question was discovered in packages that had been delivered via Federal Express by a Brooklyn-based company named Green Angel CBD. Although the delivery included the proper paperwork, a Federal Express driver took it upon himself to call the cops.

Texas deputy who struck man he invited to slap him indicted
HOUSTON (AP) — A Texas sheriff's deputy is facing an assault charge after inviting a man to slap him in the face, then slapping the man to the ground.
The Harris County district attorney's office said a grand jury indicted 39-year-old Ellison Collins Tuesday.
Prosecutors say Collins invited the now 61-year-old man to slap him in a restaurant parking lot last year. Video shows the man slowly raising his hand toward Collins, who then slaps him. It does not show what led to the altercation.
The sheriff's office says Collins was placed on administrative duty and the investigation into the incident will be presented to a disciplinary committee.
Attorney Justin Keiter says Collins is not guilty and called the indictment "an affront to all of law enforcement."
