I was set to defend the 2 guys but the shop asked politely and then so did the police after they got called. As someone that used to work in law enforcement I can tell you the police officers were just doing their job.

Would any other restaurant let anyone come sit at a table want to use the restroom and not order anything, maybe they do and I don’t realize it, then again I don’t eat inside fast food joints? To me the Starbucks CEO is punk who caved on his own company policy. He just set a dangerous precedent for others to do this on purpose. Those two guys had a lawyer ready to sue within hours over discrimination.

It could have been racially motivated but this would require proof. Now if they think they were singled out illegally they most certainly can take it up with a complaint, lawsuit, or protest but it doesnt change the resulting trespass. They were trespassed for not leaving when requested and given a legitimate and legal reason. I hate that businesses cave in to this BS but it's all about the dollar and maintaining a positive company image with the largest customer base, not right or wrong. Starbucks had every right to kick them out, the police were just doing their job.
