Today is starting to shape up nicely.
First the important part, your pal Nasher woke up from a good sleep nicely.
Even though my wife said I was talking in my sleep last night and she couldn't make out what I was saying, she said it sounded like I was speaking in tongues.
Let's get right to it too many game today and not enough time.
Here goes.
For those of you keeping score at home and I know you are, I split two games Thursday (I hit the NFL game, and the Rays failed me)
And I won both games yesterday (Rays and over 215 of that dopey hoops game) making me 17 and 4 in my last 21 wagers.
Maybe there is something to this sports analytics things I started fooling around with back two decades ago when I was following Mike Mussina's career.
I am not the best 'capper on these here boards, what I am though alongside a few of you in this thread is the best 'capper on these here boards *right now*. Best ever? Umm no. Best right now? More than likely.
Next month I expect to be the biggest hamburger donkey handicapper on these boards, let me feel good for this month, I promise to stink up the place next month by going 8 and 14 or something like that.
Trust me, it's going to happen.
If I just came across as being a tad of an ego head, or a blowhard, I am sorry, I am a good guy, nice guy, a credit to the human race, it's just human nature to be vocal about one self one when is having a good run.
My wife does very good things, impressive things, yet never says word one about what she accomplishes.
Not a peep. And she'll never let one know when she's successful or what not.
I think it's human nature, she's says it's not human nature to speak well of oneself.

I got me a 2* over 74 total football points in this OU/Tex game.
Why?
I can't get long winded here.
Simply put both teams can score football points pretty much at will on any given day, and even football teams that play good defense have trouble slowing both these teams down.
Oh, both teams don't really play outstanding defense by the way.
On paper this game looks like a 82 point affair, but games are played on turf not paper.
Even so.
Over 74 in this what should be a mighty fine contest.
