Recommended: Dana Carvey & David Spade's Fly on the Wall podcast with Devito as a guest. (recommend the podcast, too, my favorite)

Devito is a very likable guy w/ good stories about show business and being a young actor and getting his lucky breaks. Naturally funny, too, not a comedian's shtick.

So happy birthday to Louie/Martini/The Penguin/Arnold's twin & the million other roles this guy has played.

And just like your pal Nasher, an original Jersey boy.

Jersey boys are a strange breed, always on but slightly off.

Danny DeVito & Jack Nicholson do not get enough Garden State recognition, probably because Springsteen & Bon Jovi sucked all the oxygen out of the room.

Sinatra is an all-time great but gets way too much pub too.
Debbie Harry (Blondie) even though she was born in Miami moved to Hackensack as an infant is a Jersey girl, but technically isn't an original Jersey girl, ironically if she doesn't move to and grow up in Hackensack as a baby, there never would have been the band 'Blondie'.

            The list is endless.

Shout out to the original, original Jersey boy, one of my late mom's very favorite, and mine as well, this guy who oozes charisma.
(How great is this performance, he closes Opus 17 like a freight train).
