Maurene Comey, who prosecuted Jeffrey Epstein and is former FBI Director James Comey’s daughter, was fired Wednesday from her job in the Manhattan U.S. attorney’s office, according to two people familiar with the matter who were granted anonymity because they were not authorized to speak publicly.

Comey, who had worked in the U.S. attorney’s office for nearly a decade, prosecuted both Epstein and his associate Ghislaine Maxwell.

A source familiar with the termination said Comey was fired pursuant to "Article 2." Article 2 of the Constitution outlines the president's ability to appoint federal officials across the three branches of government.

There is no pedo cover-up as far as Trump goes. Am I 100% certain? I am not 100% certain about anyone. I look at things objectively. I am willing to wait and see what happens and why there seems to be a delay in releasing information in those files related to Epstein. Maybe there is a good reason and it seems like Trump is hiring a special council to do just that.
