Obama inherited a global financial crisis ... and proceeded to build a great recovery and then passed on a very healthy economy to an imbecile who managed to end up tanking it.
Biden inherited that mess and has totally turned it around in less than 4 years to the extent that the rest of the world is envious but that is again in in peril with the imbecile at the helm.
And apart from the economic achievements of the Obama and Biden administrations there have been a host of measures benefiting the American people in such areas as infrastructure, environment, health, anti-discrimination, and immense improvement in respect for the country around the free world.

Obama took over after the subprime mortgage fiasco. The markets had no where to go but up. He never implemented anything to be able take credit for any recovery and never prosecuted those who were responsible. The economy was going to recover even if a shoe was elected president.
Biden stole the election and took over after the the world wide pandemic was on the tail end where businesses were forced to close shop. Before the pandemic America was experiencing its best economy in history, taxes were lower, record unemployment, and no new wars. Biden allowed 20 million+ people to illegally enter the country, allowed a war to start in the Ukraine, didn't enforce sanctions that were imposed on Iran which were basically broke under Trump and by doing so Iran were able to sell hundreds of billions of oil and use that money to fund Hamas and Hezbollah which started the war between Israel, Biden also had the disastrous Afghan withdrawal leaving behind almost 100 billion in military equipment, left behind Afghanistan allies who were so desperate that they grabbed onto airplanes and fell to their deaths, and was responsible for the death of 13 US soldiers. He hired a DEI Supreme court justice who couldn't even define what a woman is, hired a DEI cackling VP, and never fired any of his disastrous cabinet. Biden went directly against the SCOTUS and continued to bride voters with billions to pay off student loans. Biden spent billions on EV charging stations and built less than 6, he amended title 9 to allow men to compete against women in sports, he weaponized the justice system against his political opponent, he could barely put a sentence together or walk up stairs, and he called Americans "garbage". Biden accomplished almost nothing during his term except pander to the radical Left, divided the county. weakened America's image and empowered America's enemies. Biden was the worst president in US history.

So what is your argument? The supply chain was worse in 2021 than 2020 when factories were shut down and people couldn't work? You think that we import everything? Yes, we do import some things, but we also make a lot of our stuff here. How much has food gone up since 2019 and how much do we import?Comment -

I, like many of you, have been contemplating our predicament since election night.
We are in a losing war for our democracy and I'm not sure we collectively know who our true adversary is.
It's not the voting blocks...white women, Latinos, Gen X. It's not MAGA. It's not even Trump.
It's an insidious power that has been hiding in the shadows for some time...and when the stakes were at their highest in this election, it fully revealed itself.
The American Oligarchy.
They control our Supreme Court, much of Congress, and the flow of information to the masses via legacy, mainstream and social media.
They decide the national conversation, how to keep us at each other's throats while they continue to amass wealth and power completely unchecked.
They put their thumbs on the scale of justice and poured billions into this election. They chose Trump because he was desperate and would capitulate to their demands. They chose a running mate to replace him in case he became too unhinged to control.
Consider how many disqualifying facts about Trump never saw the light of day...or didn't get the attention they deserved...or got drowned out by propaganda. They took a mentally spent buffoon and presented him as a hero to the masses.
Despite Biden successfully steering us out of a global recession and strengthening our economy, they maintained the national tone about the price of groceries being too high. Despite Trump's obvious mental decline, their media outlets remained reticent to press the issue.
We struggle to unite as a nation because they're too good at keeping us divided. We are drowning in disinformation because they control all of it.
They have successfully created imaginary villains for us to fight...each other.
It seems like we are a democracy careening towards fascism, when the reality is they're using the spectre of fascism to keep us on edge while they turn America into a compliant oligarchy.
Whether you are a democrat, republican, independent or MAGA, we have a common foe.
Some of us just don't know it yet.

President-elect Donald Trump announced Sunday night that his former acting Immigration and Customs Enforcement director Tom Homan will serve as “border czar” when he retakes the White House in January.
Trump revealed the personnel appointment in a Truth Social post as he begins piecing together what his next administration will look like after he easily topped Vice President Kamala Harris in the race to become the 47th president last Tuesday.
Part of Homan’s responsibility will be to boot illegal migrants from the US, the future president said.
