The tweet claims MMR vaccine, not Covid vaccine.
Plus, this was a person needing an (unspecified) organ transplant, so someone already ill or in danger. Not that surprising that a person in that condition could die at any time.

Because there is sever lifetime immunocomprisation for organ recipients. So they can't or shouldn't be vaccinated after and they will be highly susceptible to avoidable infectious diseases after, resulting in worse outcomes for unvaccinated recipients. Given that lists are long and not everyone can receive an organ donation, it makes perfect sense to prioritize those more likely to have positive longer outcomes. All sorts of appropriate rules you must follow to receive organ donation.

If it was about money, you could buy your way to organ donation, rather than being selected based on need and outcome likelihood.

Despite hoping it would go away quickly, Trump decided to close the country down anyways while Pelosi was inviting people to attend Chinatown in San Fran and the democrats were in the middle of impeaching Trump on a sham charge. Trump also got together with pharma and implemented Warp speed to come up with some vaccine asap. Trump shouldn't have closed the country down in hindsight and shouldn't have gave drug companies immunity for the harm taking the jab would to to them. Trump never sold fake cures as you claim he did. Biden did state that if you took the vaccine, you wouldn't get Covid. He lied. If he had said that early on, you could give him a break as no one knew but even once we knew you could still get covid and pass it on even if you were vaccinated, he still continued to lie. That isn't the same. The MSM also pushed the lie. Big tech also pushed the same lie. Actual doctors were silence and many were threatened with losing their medical licenses if they didn't go along with the lie. Billions were on the line for those who could stop the truth from getting out.

Against the original Covid 19 it's true that it will stop the spread. Problem is viruses mutate and become something else. In fact Delta spread faster than the original. But if you got the shot, chances are Delta wouldn't kill you.
