just yesterday... the mayor of la and the governor of california, both of whom say repeatedly that anyone 2 yrs old and older needs to wear a mask at all times... are pictured not wearing masks in a packed stadium, while standing next to someone with AIDS

so you're in a school, safe and distanced, too bad, wear a mask... if you're a politician though you can stand next to people with aids and have no worries

Dwight - the government (both parties) have failed the American public health system. They have cut, defunded, eliminated so many programs well over 15 - 20 years ago. Sorry but that is not the definition of VACCINE
Vaccine - “the act of introducing a vaccine into the body to produce protection to a specific disease.”

The Covid vaccines does just that. It protects people from getting severely sick or dying. It is very effective at this.

Now, let's talk about eradication. You need to look at other vaccines, let's take polio. Every year thousands of people were paralyzed from Polio (~15,000). Once the vaccines were created, they had a national roll out of them. It took several years for the numbers to come down. After about 6/7 years it went to damn near zero. This was after a nationwide and international wide response. You did not have all these naysayers, talking bullshit about my body, my choice, FreeDumb stupidity. EVERYONE got vaccinated and we got rid of Polio.

Imagine if we did the same thing with Covid? We will eventually get there but we would already be there if people were on one page. Eventually Covid will be an afterthought. It's a shame so many people have had to die needlessly, especially when they could be saved if they just got a harmless shot. 2000+ a day are dying right now. Pathetic.
