                          Push/pull/legs. Hit everything twice a week. 6 day rotation.

                          Push- bench press, shoulder press, dips, push ups, triceps extensions
                          Pull- pull ups, chin ups, deadlifts, barbell rows, bicep curls
                          Legs- squats. Lots of squats. Lunges.

                          That’s all you need
