One of the many reasons I left philly was the New Mayor and DA who was a ex defense attorney. They abolished stop & frisk & the cash bail system because it affected people of color. Of course murder rate up 15% and violent crime on the rise.

The area this occurred in is actually a nicer part of the city (South Street)
