What happened to getting married, working hard, providing, having kids, being strict but your family still knows youre there for them days? Im talking about being 30 and being respected and being faithful to one woman forever? Seems like men act like boys and are scared to grow up so they wear comic t shirts and mock marriages and family and they dont make personal sacrifices for the other

yeah some guys are smart enough at a young enough age that they know they don't want to be tied down by a wife, kids, etc all pretty much dictating what you do 90% of the year
some guys are smart enough not to have kids when they know they aren't ready mentally/financially/etc to be a father and or/stay on top of all the financial requirements that comes with having a kid

I’m going to be that man soon, Weeder. I don’t need anything in my life except to be with the woman that I love. She will have our baby, and I’ll work to take care of all of them. Including the two kiddos she already has. I’m fine with my busting my ass everyday to take care of the wife and kids. Married at 25, she left me when my 1st set of businesses collapsed during the recession...like a rat off a ship.
Made it all back and then some in under 4 years, and she actually went to court to assert a spousal maintenance claim. I couldn't believe it....court denied, but I had my life in the hands of a judge basically, nothing I could control.
Watched my mother put my father in an early grave w spousal maintenance and playing the "not living with a new guy/ not remarried" game to keep the money coming in, even after he had a massive stroke and couldn't work.

Good to see how many guys are red-pilled these days.
This was always the inevitable result of society-wide feminization.
There's good and bad aspects. For a guy, the good part is that with decent skills, you can bang dozens/hundreds of women, for as long as you want, and never commit to any. Just churn, rinse, and repeat. It only gets better as you pass 30, and you accumulate more status and leverage. The downside for guys is that women have far more options than ever before - birth control/abortion means sex is not risky for them (therefore monogamy and loyalty is, realistically, out the window), and dating apps like tinder give average women massive leverage, allowing them all to chase after the same top-tier guys. As a result, most men find the deck stacked against them, and even the marriage minded ones have very little assurance of ever having a stable home and family. If you choose to marry, your wife can (and probably will) eventually divorce you, taking both your money and kids.
For women, the good news is that they get to be financially independent from their partner, and get to bang tons of dudes when they are in their 20's, with no concern of pregnancy. And the slanted tinder economy means that women who are 6's can routinely bang guys who are 9's, giving them tons of emotional validation in the form of attention. The downside doesn't hit them until later, when they realize that most of those guys are not really interested in marrying (why bother when you are already banging her or even living together). Many women hit 30 and realize there's no prince charming waiting to bail them out, and they just continue to be used for sex by guys who don't have much interest in commitment. She wants a guy to 'step up' and marry her at that point, and is completely baffled that guys don't jump at the 'opportunity'. One of the saddest things I've seen is when women are honestly surprised that guys don't factor in the career they've slaved away in, and are genuinely shocked to learn that guys pretty much exclusively prioritize attractiveness and youth and DGAF about the fact that you are an accountant or whatever. As their fertility declines and they remain alone, they generally go crazy and begin ranting more and more about politics and socialism. It's very pathetic to see.
Overall its a pretty awful deal for everyone, since tons of guys in the 4-6 range don't have any success at all (at least until they hit 30), and many women wind up frustrated and unhappy, as they've been lied to their whole lives and believe they deserve this weird fairy tale ending. No one has ever told them the truth that their market value plummets after 30, and that the 'liberated' sex life they enjoyed in their 20s ultimately works against them if enough guys stop participating with the marriage contract. The biggest winners are the guys at the top that play the game to win (hint - be one of those guys).
The downside for everyone, of course, is a non-functioning society that comes apart at the seams, with no cohesion and family/community structure. Eventually this will result in total social decay.Comment -
