Go on Groupon, search locally for "things to do", LOTS of great date ideas. Obviously do not tell her you used groupon, heck you don't have to but you can get a lot of good deals on dates. I discovered several date ideas I had not thought of just from checking out the site. Paint night with wine, escape rooms, wine/whisky tastings, cooking classes, rock climbing, etc.
