Bahamas do have the Casino hotel though. Been there it's ok. Game changer for sure ..

Just the island vibs are not as good and friendly compared to Jamaica. I never liked the Bahamas compared to Jamaica.. Been to both many times over the years..

I found the local people are just friendlier in Jamaica in comparison. Bahamas doesn't have weed available like Jamaica does either. That could be the difference in attitudes now that I think about it.

That was big for me as I like to smoke weed and relax while on vacation being on a tropical island. I don't smoke today but I did back then so that was a deal breaker also..

Beaches are nice in the Bahama's though just like Jamaica. I do remember that. The hotel Casino was cool to. That's it... Rest is a wash though and it gets old fast IMO.. Just alot more to do and see in Jamaica..

The Atlantis is home to the Pokerstars carribean tournament series every year usually. Lot of poker players who create vlogs have said the food options are subpar and overpriced there. Not sure on the book though, hope you enjoy the trip. Better than any of us got it here in the US right now.
