Heltah--while I certainly can respect, and for the most part agree with your distrust of the cops, I think people have to get out of the mindset of "Your tax dollars pay their salaries." Isn't everyone's salary based on the public? If you are at the grocery store, does the person bagging need to be extra respectful to you, because your purchases are paying his salary after all? I don't know what your job is, but if it involves the purchases of goods and or services by people, then do you need to defer to them? They are paying your salary.
Other than that--keep fighting the good fight and remember that our society does need police departments, but they need to remember that there are rules that they need to play by too.

Good for you!! The better you understand your rights the more you can be comfortable when cops come back to question you. Once they understand you know the deal and r not to be fckd wth you will see a big difference. The thing is the local cops r just a bunch of clowns for the most part and try use fear tactics against you..they will say anything . Some dont even know your rights. If you ever in doubt just keep recording and ask for a supervisor before answering anything the local patrol officer is saying

Pitt I live in small town in CT. I have had my problems wth the law..did some time in jail for minor shit. Anyway after I was out I was always getting pulled over and fckd wth. Once I started reading up on my rights and recording them..word got out to the other idiots I'm not to be pulled over or fckd wth cause all that shit being recorded and I wanna talk to your supervisor!!
