                      Wolf Creek is my favorite.
More powder, better terrain and fewer people on the mountain than the others in Colorado.

In reality just probably 100 there’s no such thing the best of anything it’s all a matter of preference

Don’t take advice of people here that has been to some place one time

You don't know how to post in a resort? Nice try.

                                      Tremblant isn't good. Wake up.

Whistler much better. Al I think you have location bias.

Tremblant beautiful and 2 hours away.

Whistler super beautiful and 24 hours away.
thus I have no experience at Whistler
however I do have a lot of expeience
at Tremblant and can confidently say
he’ll like it... tons of Americans their.

Op asked for recommendations hard to recommend
                                        somewhere I’ve never been..

                                        Tremblant is recommendable.

Alta, Utah is the best in the US.

Summit County, CO gives you Breckenridge, Copper Mountain, Keystone and A-Basin. Dillon, CO is a good central place to stay in Summit County, and you get to try them all. Vail is more for rich people. All are good.

As a former 9 year resident of Aspen I would be open to more diverse skiing in North America than Vail.

Vail is a beginning not an end to the spectacular options open to the adventurous skier in N.A. The U.S. and Canada present numerous resorts. You cannot go wrong with the myriad of quaiity ski resorts available.

Aspen/Snowmass is among my favorite. I started out skiing Ajax at night to test my reactions on acid tackling the moguls. The run was complete when my ski tips came to a stop at the steps of the infamous Daisy Duck.

Each resort has great offerings and when you experience your next fabulous spot the others evaporate and you become immersed in the joy of your current resort.

Jackson Hole is a favorite nestled in the majestic, rugged Grand Tetons with it's western flair and fantastic black diamond runs.

Don't count out Banff in the Canadian Rockies. Probably the best snow in North America because of the cooler conditions you have driest. lightest snow. Less friction and wondrous powder.

The above are my 3 favorites for different reasons and memories. But it is just a start to what just might become a start on your list of favorites. whatever you chose...enjoy!

Taos New Mexico is a good one. Loved that one too.

I have a buddy that runs the hotel at Mt. Charleston, here in Nevada. He says they got tons of snow and they are very busy with great skiing. So much snow, he has to stay at the hotel a lot, lately, because of the amount of snow they keep getting.
