Petty Larceny, judge wanted to make an example of me, should have been just community service and lowered to disorderly conduct. Instead it was 3 weekends in jail and then moved to nothing.

worked there since i was 16 and was i think 20 at the time, so i knew how their security systems worked. Knew how they counted the drawers, knew how they held accountability when drawers were short. I knew the system and how to get away with what I was doing.

Again, biggest problem is always greed. When you get away with something, you keep pushing the limits. Based on amount they caught me for it was petty and not grand. Grand larceny of course would have been a lot worse

yup. I was actually just the EBAY name that was posting them. Wasn't involved in shipping them or even purchasing them. Again, 20 year old trying to make money caught up with the wrong people. I ended up getting fukked on that too when I had to pay all the people back.

Luckily I have grown up a bit in my time here at SBR and in life

I have become more blunt than before. I don't like to have to say things more than once. I often catch myself saying prison jargon to friends and family. Those fuks will do that to you.

Back in 2009 I was arrested for assault and battery in Boston. It was worse as I had overstayed on a **** so ended up getting 90 days and then deported and banned for 10 years.

Back here in Ireland in 2012 I got 6 months in prison for something similar. There is no difference between jail or prison here.

Since then have pretty much stayed out of trouble. Had 2 minor arrests since getting out so just had overnights and fines to pay in court.

diggity, as you've yet to break your cherry, be sure to load up your "jailhouse wallet" if you ever receive a sentencing date and know you're going in.... money and drugs in a plastic bag....
