What's the greatest concerts you've ever attended?
    1) Killers (Sams Town 10 year extravaganza)
Played in Sams Town (where else) ballroom in Las Vegas.
What made it special was you had to be a friend of the band to get an invite.
To say the show was incredible is an understatement.

    2) Springsteen (MSG) The River Tour
The band played almost 5 hours.

    3) INXS (Union Square NYC)
In 1997 the band started their 20th year tour, the show was over the top charismatic.
    Months later Hutchens killed himself.
I loved that band, I understand they weren't for everyone's taste in music, but they were the quintessential 80's band.

    4) Dexy's Midnight Runners. (NYC)
No, they were not a one hit wonder band, and "Come On Eileen" did not really do Too-Rye-Ay justice, what it did do however was make people take notice of the band.
Make no mistake about it, front man Kevin Rowland was (and still is) very quirky, some consider a genius. Dexy's shows were tight and choreographed to perfection, like Brandon Flowers of the Killers, Rowland was a perfectionist and like Flowers kept reinventing himself (and the band)

    5) Blake Shelton (Barkley's Center)
One of my wife's favorite vocalists (I'm a casual country fan)
She asked me to go with her to the show, I was curious so I tagged along.
Let me tell you something, Blake Shelton has is all going on, uber talented to say the least.

Ever see a live Killer show?
If not do yourself a favor and do it, the band leaves nothing on the table, the Killers just bring it and bring it some more.

Pearl Jam Halloween 2009. The very last event at the Legendary Spectrum. The house that Dr. J built. Almost 40 songs over 4 hours. Closed out with an iconic Star Spangle Banner Guitar solo by Mike McCready with Ticker Tape. Amazing night.

Queen (on their Queen II) tour at the Orpheum.

Alice Cooper at the Garden. What a show Cooper put on.

First time I saw INXS was at a 3 bands for 3 bucks under 18s concert in Sydney.

They were support for my favorite band, Cold Chisel, and I'd never heard of them before.

Would like to say I was a music guru and knew they would be big right away. But honestly thought Hutchence seemed so "gay" the music was lost on me that time.

                                    Queen in 1985 was awesome.

Kiss in 1980 for the Unmasked tour is still my #1
                                    .

Would give many things to go back in time and go to an early sublime, rage or less than jake concert.

have seen Outkast in their prime as well as everclear. Warp Tour was always good. Pennywise was very good.

Not quite the deal you got, but paid 12 dollars for 5th row (Springsteen's River Tour)

                                                                    Months later Hutchens killed himself.
